Tour Details
We'll meet at Number 36 High Street and start our guided tour of Inverness, the capital of the Scottish Highlands.
Inverness is one of the cities with the best quality of life in the UK. The tour will include a walk through the main streets, covering its history from a royal city, the Jacobite uprisings, to modern-day life. We'll stop at Inverness Castle, a red sandstone fortress built in 1836.
The next stop will be St. Andrew's Cathedral, the main religious building in the city, known for its façade similar to Notre Dame de Paris.
Additionally, we will walk along the banks of the Loch Ness River while discussing the legend of the Loch Ness Monster.
Finally, we will visit the Old High Church, the oldest church in the town. The tour will conclude after 1 hour 30 minutes of sightseeing.
