Loch Ness and the Highlands Trip

After meeting at Railway Terrace in Inverness, we will board a vehicle following the Caledonian Canal to the famous Loch Ness. Known for its stunning views and the legend of the Loch Ness Monster, this destination is a highlight of any visit to Scotland.

Our first stop is Dochgarroch, where you can take a boat ride on the Loch to the ruins of Urquhart Castle, a 13th-century site. You will have free time to explore the castle and admire the lake views.

Next, we proceed to the village of Invermoriston for a brief photo stop at the Thomas Telford Bridge, which spans the River Moriston waterfalls. Here, you will also see St Columba’s Well and learn about its intriguing history.

We continue to Fort Augustus, where our guide will showcase the settlement, and you will have the chance to enjoy a local meal. After dining, we will return to Inverness, stopping at the 165-foot Falls of Foyers for leg stretching and relaxation. Our final visit will be to the village of Dores, where we will walk along the east shore of the lake.

We will return to the meeting point approximately 8 to 9 hours after the tour starts, concluding the visit.
