Want to explore two gems of northeast Brazil? With this tour to Recife and Olinda, we'll enjoy the many charms of two cities rich in history and heritage.

Day Trip Details

After picking you up at your hotel in Porto de Galinhas between 7:30 and 8:30 am, we'll head north to Recife. The minibus ride will take about an hour and a half.

Our first stop will be at Boa Viagem beach, where you'll have free time for a possible catamaran ride on the Capibaribe River.

Next, we will head to the square of Praça Rio Branco (Marco Zero) to discuss its historical significance in the city's foundation.

Afterward, a guided tour of the main attractions of Recife will include walking along Rua dos Judeus, viewing the Kahal Zur Israel Synagogue, visiting the Embassy of Giant Puppets, exploring handicrafts at the House of Culture, and learning about Recife's urban evolution at the Open-Air Museum.

We will then leave Recife to head towards Olinda, a Unesco World Heritage Site. You can choose to stroll through the old town or walk up to Alto da Sé for a panoramic view of the city and its main monuments, including the churches of Sé and Misericórdia.

We'll conclude the tour and return you to your hotel between 6:30 and 7:30 pm.
