Calling all adrenaline junkies! Take on the rapids of the Betari River in this rafting excursion from Iporanga. The perfect tour for the more adventurous souls!

Betari River Rafting

We'll meet at your chosen time at the base of operations of Pousada das Cavernas in Iporanga. You will receive a short safety briefing upon arrival.

We will then proceed to the banks of the Betari, a river within the Ribeira de Iguape basin, where the instructor will explain the basics of paddling. Prepare for an exciting rafting adventure.

Once equipped with a life jacket, helmet, and other materials, we will board the raft and start rafting down the Betari River. The adventure begins in the Serra neighborhood, navigating various obstacles.

Over approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 miles), we will experience the thrill of class II and III rapids, ensuring an unforgettable experience. No prior experience is necessary; the main focus is fun.

After an hour and 20 minutes of rafting, we will disembark on the river bank and return to the base of operations, which will take approximately a half-hour drive.
