Iquique Guided Tour

Between 9 and 10 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Iquique and drive to the southern part of the city. Let's explore this city in northern Chile!

We will start by visiting the Bajo Molle area to learn about its history of whaling. Next, we'll stop at Dragon Hill, home to Iquique's famous sand dunes. After this, we will continue to the beach on the Cavancha Peninsula.

Our route will take us past the Centenary Market, Santa Maria School, and other symbolic spots in Iquique's historic centre. We'll stop at Prat Square to see the iconic Clock Tower, which has been ringing since 1877.

Nearby, we'll visit the Riquelme fishermen's cove and Prat Pier. Optionally, you can embark on a boat trip around Iquique Bay. We will also see the replica of the corvette Esmeralda, a famous military ship that sank during the Pacific War.

The final stops will be the Marinero area and the Zofri shopping centre. You can choose to shop here or be taken back to your hotel, where we will arrive at 3 pm.
