Day 1: Iquitos - Nauta - Pacaya Samiria & Nauta Caño

We will pick you up from Iquitos Airport or your hotel and take you to the DoubleTree by Hilton for a welcome talk about the cruise. Afterward, we'll head to the port of Nauta to board the cruiser. Activities include a boat trip through the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, followed by dinner and a nighttime excursion in the Nauta Caño area.

Day 2: Yanayacu de Pucate - San Regis

The second day includes a picnic on the Yanayacu River in Pucate, where you may see pink dolphins and take a kayak tour. Next, visit the community of San Regis for a tree-planting ceremony with the shaman. Dinner aboard the boat will feature live music.

Day 3: Shiriyacu – Puerto Prado - Kukama

We will begin with traditional piranha fishing techniques at the Shiriyacu stream. After lunch, a walk through the Amazon Rainforest will lead to meeting the Kukama Indigenous People, followed by sunset viewing and a cooking demonstration before dinner.

Day 4: Nauta - Amazon Rescue Centre - Iquitos

On the last day, breakfast is served as the cruise docks at Nauta. Visit the Amazon Rescue Centre to learn about the care for animals saved from the black market, notably manatees. We will then transport you to Iquitos Airport.

Accommodation

The tour includes 3 nights' accommodation aboard a cruise ship with full board in your chosen cabin category. The La Perla cruise ship features two decks and an observation deck, with cabins designed in traditional Amazonian style, equipped with essential amenities.
