3-Day Tour

Day 1

We will pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Iquitos and drive to the port of Nauta. There, we'll board a speedboat to journey down the Marañon River and possibly see pink dolphins. After a traditional lunch, we will reach a campsite in the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve. After setting up tents, we will explore the Huaylla Lagoon, have dinner in nature, and conduct a nocturnal trekking route to search for wildlife.

Day 2

We'll rise early for sunrise and to spot iguanas and sloths. After breakfast, we will navigate the Pucate River to observe creatures like monkeys and toucans. We will then camp in the jungle for lunch, followed by a walk through the jungle to a lake to learn about medicinal plants. After dinner, we will have a night canoe tour before resting at the camp.

Day 3

On the last day, we'll sail down the Yarapa River to see otters. The trip will conclude with breakfast and lunch at the camp, including survival techniques. After a jungle hike, you'll have free time to swim in the river before returning to Nauta and Iquitos, scheduled for arrival at 6 pm.

4-Day Tour

Days 1, 2, and 3

The 4-day tour follows an itinerary similar to the 3-day tour for the first three days.

Day 4

On the fourth day, we will wake up early to watch the birds of the reserve, followed by lunch and free time to explore the Pucate River. We will then return to Nauta and drive to your hotel in Iquitos, arriving at 6 pm, or to the airport three hours before your flight.

Accommodation

The tour includes two or three nights in camps in the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, with accommodation in tents or tambos. We provide complete camping equipment: mats, sleeping bags, folding tables, chairs, and a first aid kit.

Pickup is available at your hotel or the airport in Iquitos if you land before 12 pm. After booking, we will contact you to confirm the pickup time.
