At the indicated time, we'll meet on Via Antonio Sogliuzzo.

The local pizzaiolo will greet us and provide us with preliminary information about how to prepare a Neapolitan-style pizza. We will learn the guidelines for dough-making and select the ingredients for our pizzas.

Putting these concepts into practice, we'll knead the pizza dough, add our ingredients, and place it in the wood-fired oven. You will also learn to prepare another type of Neapolitan pizza: fried pizza.

At the conclusion of the workshop, we will taste our creations alongside a refreshing drink, enjoying the views of Ischia. The entire pizza workshop activity lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes.
