Details of the Day Trip

We will gather at the port of Ischia at the scheduled time. After boarding, we will begin a relaxed cruise towards the island of Procida.

Procida, the smallest of the islands in this region, lies in the Tyrrhenian Sea and boasts a population of nearly 11,000. Its striking volcanic terrain features cliffs that drop into transparent waters, untouched coves, and traces of ancient craters, creating a charming destination that promises to leave a deep impression.

During the boat ride, we will closely approach the coastline of Vivara Island, a designated Nature Reserve linked to Procida by a bridge. Iconic sites such as Marina di Corricella and Terra Murata will provide stunning views of the island’s vibrant houses, ideal for photography enthusiasts.

A stop of one to two hours in Procida will allow you to delve into the historic center on foot. You can wander through the charming streets, visit the Cathedral, or explore the Abbey of San Miguel and the Palazzo d’Avalos, the latter of which once functioned as a prison.

Following our exploration, we will return to the boat and conclude the tour by docking at our original departure point after a 3.5 to 4-hour journey.
