Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Izola at 9 am, setting off for an unforgettable food tour of Istria, perfect for those eager to savor authentic Croatian flavors.

Crossing the border into Croatia, our first destination is the quaint village of Hum. As we wander through its charming streets, we'll uncover the allure of this remarkable Croatian settlement and delve into the local specialty, biska, a traditional brandy infused with spices—truly a treat!

Next, we will board our minibus and travel to the stunning village of Motovun. Here, we will take a leisurely walk through the old town, visiting the Church of St. Stephen while learning about the famed white truffles harvested from the Motovun forests. You will also get a chance to discover how to create a dish featuring this exquisite ingredient, which you will enjoy later at a local eatery.

After departing Motovun, we’ll proceed to our final stop, Grožnjan. In this lovely village, we will immerse ourselves in the region's rich history of olive oil and wine production as we stroll through its inviting lanes.
