Let yourself be seduced by the flavours of the Istrian Peninsula with this delicious Istria Food Tour. You'll travel through Hum, Motovun and Grozhnjan while tasting their most typical products.

Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Koper at 9 am. Are you ready to pay tribute to your palate? Let's go and discover Istrian gastronomy!

The first stop of the tour will be Hum, considered the smallest city in the world. Located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, this Croatian town hides a surprising history about its birth. Besides learning about this legend, we'll discover the biska, a brandy made with spices based on an ancient recipe unique to Hum.

Next, we will reach Motovun, known for its medieval charm. The visit includes a tour of key monuments, like the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church, and focuses on the town's famous product, the truffle. The Motovun forest is recognized for its white truffles and vineyards. Afterwards, we will head to a local restaurant where a dish prepared with typical products will be served for tasting.

To conclude our food tour, we'll visit Grožnjan, a village noted for its wine and olive industry along with numerous art galleries. Finally, we will return to Koper, concluding the tour at 5 pm.
