Let yourself be seduced by the flavours of the Istrian Peninsula with this delicious Istria Food Tour. You'll travel through Hum, Motovun and Grožnjan while tasting their most typical products.

Description

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Koper at 9 am. Are you ready to pay tribute to your palate? Let's go and discover Istrian gastronomy!

The first stop of the tour will be Hum, considered the smallest city in the world. Located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, this Croatian town has a surprising history. Besides learning about this legend, we'll discover the biska, a brandy made with spices based on an ancient recipe unique to Hum.

Next, we'll travel to Motovun, one of the most famous medieval towns in the region. We will tour its emblematic monuments, including the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church, and discover the town's specialty, the truffle.

The Motovun forest is renowned for its white truffles and has numerous vineyards. We'll visit a local restaurant to learn how to prepare a dish with typical products to taste afterward.

Lastly, we'll head to Grožnjan, a quaint village where we will explore the wine and olive industry and its many art galleries.

Finally, we will return to Koper, concluding the tour at 5 pm.
