Lipica & Skocjan Caves Tour

At 9 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Izola and drive to Lipica, home to the famous Lipizzaner horses. Animal lovers can look forward to an informative day.

We will visit a Lipizzaner stud farm in Lipica, learning about these animals known for their dressage skills, a significant part of Slovenia's heritage. The tour will include a walkthrough of the stables where you can pet and feed the horses, and an exploration of the Lipikum Museum. Attendance at a dressage show will also be an option.

After the Lipica estate, we will proceed to the nearby Skocjan Caves, recognized as one of Slovenia's important natural phenomena. The tour will allow entry into the caves to view the stalactites, stalagmites, and underground lakes that have formed over the years.

Following our visit to the Skocjan Caves, we will return to the minibus for the journey back to your hotel in Izola. The tour will conclude around 2 pm.
