This tour includes a bike ride along the renowned Parenzana Route, known for its scenic views. Pickup is at your hotel in Koper at 9 am. The journey starts along the Slovenian coast, featuring landscapes of the Istrian peninsula. The guide will provide insights into the cultural and historical significance of this route connecting Slovenia, Croatia, and Italy.
The first stop will be in Izola, a coastal town where you will learn about its history and notable monuments. After this visit, you'll continue biking along the Parenzana Route until reaching a salt evaporation pond, a key product of the region. Following this, you will travel through a tunnel that leads to Portoroz.
In Portoroz, there will be a break to enjoy a typical meal paired with local wine. Once refreshed, the group will return to Koper, concluding the tour at 2 pm.
