This excursion to Atlixco and Chipilo invites you to get to know one of Mexico's Pueblos Mágicos and taste its typical delicacies, including bread, ice cream, and cheese.

Atlixco & Chipilo Tour

At the appointed time we'll pick you up at your hotel in Puebla and take you to visit two places you can't miss in this Mexican state.

Our first stop will be in Atlixco, one of Mexico's Pueblos Mágicos. We'll stop at the city's Zócalo, the main square, and stroll through the historic center of Atlixco, including the Church of Santa María de la Natividad and the Municipal Palace with its impressive murals.

Next, we'll visit La Pasadita to taste local flavors including artisan bread, chocolate, and ice cream. Here, ice cream is referred to as nieve.

We'll then ascend to the old Franciscan convent for views of Atlixco and the city of Puebla, concluding our visit at a nursery showcasing various flowers and fruit trees.

Our next destination is the small city of Chipilo, where we will visit a cheese factory and have a tasting of Chipilo cheese with wine. Finally, we will return to Puebla and drop you off at your hotel 5-6 hours after pickup.
