How Does the Ski Pass Work?

After purchasing your ski pass, you must exchange your voucher at the chosen resort:

• In Astún: redeem your voucher at the station’s ticket office.
• In Candanchú: exchange your voucher at the groups and agencies office (located in the Pista Grande ticket building).

The ski pass is issued in a hands-free card format, allowing easy access to ski lifts without removing it from your pocket. This card costs €3 (non-refundable) and can be reused in future seasons.

Baby Ski Pass (Up to 5 Years Old)

Children under 5 must purchase their ski pass directly at the ticket office. Requirements:

• The pass must have the same duration as the accompanying adult’s pass.
• Proof of age is required (ID, Family Book, or equivalent document).
• Helmets are mandatory for children on all slopes.

Key Dates & Hours

• December 25: Both resorts closed.
• January 1: Special hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Refund Policy

• The ski pass is personal and non-transferable.
• Lost or unused passes are non-refundable.
• In Astún, if the resort closes completely for an entire day, a one-day pass will be issued for another date within the season.
• In Candanchú, any full or partial closure due to weather conditions will be handled directly at the ticket office according to the resort’s policy.
