Forfait Astún-Candanchú

VALID SKI PASS FOR SKIING IN THE ASTUN AND CANDANCHU RESORTS.

Insurance is NOT INCLUDED in the price of the ski pass.

** In Astún: the vouchers will be exchanged for ski passes directly at the Station ticket offices.

** In Candanchú: vouchers will be redeemed at the group and agency office, which this season will be located in the Pista Grande ticket office building.

Children up to 5 years – DIRECT PAYMENT AT TICKET OFFICE.
Requirements for the Baby Pass:
- Same duration as the accompanying adult ski pass.
- Document age with D.N.I., Family Book or similar document.
- The child will wear a helmet to ski on all slopes.

All ski passes are delivered in "hands-free" card format, both in ASTUN and CANDANCHU: The ski passes will be loaded on a support/card whose price is €3/card. (NON-REFUNDABLE) - Once this amount has been paid at the ticket office, the card will become the property of the user for successive recharges during the following seasons.

On December 25, both Astún and Candanchú will remain closed.
On January 1, 2024, the hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The ski pass is personal and non-transferable, it will not be paid in case of loss nor will any refund be accepted once delivered.
Unused contracted ski passes will not be recoverable under any circumstances except for impossibility of use due to total closure of the Station.

If during the operation of the Station, for security reasons or other justified causes, the Station Management is forced to close the facilities and tracks, this does not require the refund of the ticket amount.

At the ASTUN ski station : When the Ski Station Management promptly decides the return the ski pass because the ski station is closed to the public, making it impossible to use any mechanical means for a minimum of one full day, the client must request 1 ski pass at the ticket office,1 day to use it any day of the 2023/2024 season. TThe amount corresponding to the ski pass days contracted by that agency will be invoiced in full. This will be the only form and cause of return.
Any claim to be made to ASTUN must be made in writing to the Ski Station Management, no later than 24 hours following the detection of said anomaly. If it is not done within this period, the right to claim will be deemed to have expired.

At the CANDANCHU ski station : Due to partial or total closure of the ski station due to adverse weather conditions you must go directly to the ticket office and consult the ski station policy, since Centraldereservas.com will not be responsible for any refunds.
Any claim to be made to CANDANCHU must be made within a period of no more than seven calendar days from the provision of the service by written notification where the reasons for the claim must be stated, if it is not made within this period the right to claim will be deemed to have expired.
