On this boat trip around Damas Island, we'll sail through its mangroves and enjoy the fauna and flora of one of the most important ecosystems of Costa Rica.

Isla Damas Boat Trip

At the appointed time, we'll pick you up at your hotel and head to the dock to start a boat ride around Isla Damas. On board, we'll navigate through the mangrove ecosystem of Damas Island, home to species of reptiles, anteaters, and white-faced monkeys. While observing the island's biodiversity, we'll share information about the area.

We'll pay special attention to the species of birds, such as herons, kingfishers, ospreys, and frigate birds. The tour includes crossing through natural tunnels formed by tree roots. Following this boat ride, we'll return to the mainland for a typical Costa Rican lunch. Finally, we'll return to your hotel, completing the tour after six hours of sightseeing.
