Your adventure begins at 8 am with a pickup from your accommodation in Jaipur, followed by a drive towards Chittorgarh Fort, recognized as the largest fortification in India. This monumental structure was established in the 7th century as the capital of the Mewar kingdom, nestled in the scenic valley of the Berach River.

As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Chittorgarh Fort retains numerous palaces, commemorative towers, and grand gateways. During the exploration of this vast complex, we will recount the legendary siege of 1303, which was allegedly instigated by the romantic pursuits of Sultan Alauddin Khalji.

After our time at the fort, we will proceed to the city of Pushkar. Upon arrival, we will make our way to the Brahma Temple, a significant pilgrimage site. Despite the multitude of deities celebrated in Hinduism, it is intriguing that the Creator God is honored in so few temples. We will discuss the reasons behind this rarity while visiting this remarkable 16th-century edifice.

Before concluding the visit, we will take a moment to step by Pushkar Lake. This sacred body of water holds great significance for Hindus, as we highlight the customs surrounding the rituals performed on its banks.

Your day will come to a close with a return to your hotel in Jaipur by 4 pm. Should you prefer, we can arrange to drop you off at a centrally located spot in Udaipur instead.
