Explore Jaipur's most iconic sacred sites on this unforgettable tour of the Pink City's temples. Discover the Monkey Temple and Birla Mandir. Unmissable!

Itinerary

You'll be picked up from your hotel in Jaipur in the morning to start exploring the most important temples in the Rajasthani capital.

Your first stop will be Galtaji, an ancient Hindu pilgrimage site built into the Aravalli Hills, over 6 miles from Jaipur city centre. This complex includes several temples and water tanks, filled by sacred springs, where pilgrims perform purification rituals. The Hanuman temple, known as the Monkey Temple, is home to friendly monkeys. The hilltop shrines offer spectacular views over Jaipur.

After Galtaji, you'll proceed to Jahat Shiromani, not far from Amber Fort. This Hindu temple was built by Queen Kanakwati in the late 16th century in memory of her son Jagat Singh. You will then visit Kale Hanuman Ji and Govind Dev Ji.

The next visit is to Birla Mandir, located at Moti Dungari hill. This beautiful sanctuary is surrounded by gardens. Learn about the symbolism of the temple's three domes.

You will finish your tour at Akshardham and Lakshminarayan temples, concluding with a visit to Hawa Mahal, known as Jaipur's Palace of the Winds.
