Rafting in Jalcomulco is an exciting way to experience the natural beauty of Veracruz.

Rafting in Jalcomulco

We will meet at Camino hacia la Barranca, where changing rooms are available. Rafting in Jalcomulco is recognized as one of the best locations for this activity in Mexico.

Before starting, we will review safety rules and provide tips on how to paddle correctly and coordinate effectively.

Next, we will walk to the banks of the river La Antigua or river Pescados to board the rafts for an 18-kilometre (11 miles) route.

We will face various obstacles, navigate through white waters, and enjoy the experience while soaking in the river. The trip takes place in the Mexican jungle.

Throughout the activity, several stops will be made for participants to take a refreshing dip in calm areas. At the end of the river tour, we will return to the starting point via minibus.

Duration

The activity duration varies with river flow: 2 hours during the rainy season (July to September) and 3 hours in low flow seasons.
