Rafting in Jalcomulco is a way to experience adrenaline and enjoy the natural landscapes of Veracruz.

Rafting in Jalcomulco

At a scheduled time, we will meet at the Camino hacia la Barranca, where changing rooms are available. Jalcomulco is recognized as one of the top locations for rafting in Mexico.

Prior to the adventure, safety rules will be reviewed, and instructions on proper paddling techniques will be provided.

We will then proceed to the banks of the La Antigua or Pescados rivers to embark on an 18-kilometer (11 miles) rafting journey.

Participants will encounter various obstacles, navigate through white waters, and enjoy splashing in the river. Multiple stops will be made for a refreshing dip in calmer areas.

Following the river tour, we will return to the starting point via a minibus.

Duration

The duration of the activity varies with the river's flow. During the rainy season from July to September, the tour lasts 2 hours, while in low flow seasons, it extends to 3 hours.
