Participants will meet at Camino hacia la Barranca at a chosen time, where changing rooms are available. Rafting in Jalcomulco is considered one of the prime locations in Mexico for this activity.
Before commencing the adventure, safety rules will be reviewed, and tips will be provided for proper paddling techniques.
Participants will then proceed to the banks of either the La Antigua or Pescados rivers to embark on an 18-kilometre (11 miles) rafting route.
The journey will include overcoming various obstacles and paddling through white waters, with opportunities to enjoy the refreshing water. Several stops will be made for participants to take a dip in calmer areas.
At the conclusion of the river tour, a minibus will transport participants back to the starting point.

The activity's duration varies with river flow: during the rainy season (July to September), the route takes 2 hours, while in low flow seasons, it lasts 3 hours.
