Activity Overview

At the predetermined time, participants will assemble at the base camp located on Calle de la Piña. From this point, we will journey towards the suburbs of Jarabacoa, heading in a northerly direction.

After a brief transfer of approximately 30 minutes, we will reach the banks of the Jimenoa River. Here, we will equip ourselves and commence practicing canyoning amidst the breathtaking natural surroundings. Are you prepared for an exhilarating experience?

The session will involve descending into a variety of canyons using specialized ropes and safety harnesses. An experienced instructor will supervise the group throughout, ensuring your comfort and safety while you take in the scenic beauty of this vibrant region of the Dominican Republic.

The adventure will lead us to a waterfall just outside the town, where we will have the thrilling opportunity to abseil from a height of 30 meters (98 feet). Completing this challenge will be followed by the rewarding experience of a refreshing swim in the waterfall.

Following our time in the water, we will make our way back to the gathering spot, concluding our 4-hour excursion filled with adventure.
