Xabia Mysteries and Legends Free Tour

Description

Xabia is a town on the Costa Blanca with a hidden past. At the designated time, we will meet at the Tourist Office to begin this free tour exploring the mysteries and legends of Xabia. The tour will start by examining the history of Church Square, which holds symbols from a dark past. We will learn about Xabia's network of underground tunnels and its connection to Napolean.

Throughout the tour, we will uncover intriguing details of the buildings in the old town, including stories of Úrsula Tachó ("La Criminala"), a figure known to locals. Additionally, we will observe the Caras del Agua, faces on 19th-century iron downpipes in the historic centre, watching over the streets.

After two hours filled with mysteries and legends, we will return to the starting point to conclude the tour.
