Day Trip to Guadalupe
Pickup will be at 9:45 am at your hotel in Zacatecas, followed by a short 20-minute journey to Guadalupe.
The day starts with a visit to the old Colegio de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, founded in 1707 by Fray Antonio Margil de Jesus, showcasing a diverse collection of pictorial art from the Mexican viceroyalty.
The tour includes the church and the convent, highlighting remarkable works from the Mexican Baroque period, along with an exhibition of antique vehicles.
Next, we will visit the Nápoles Chapel, a 19th-century oratory adorned with 23-karat gold leaves.
We will continue to the old Bernárdez hacienda, where we will explore the Centro Platero del Estado de Zacatecas and learn about silverworking.
After the visit to the Centro Platero, we will return to your hotel in Zacatecas, with an expected arrival time of 1:45 pm.
