Reasons to discover The Domecq Palace

In the heart of the old town of Jerez de la Frontera, next to Aladro Square, the Domecq Palace, one of the great exponents of the 18th century Baroque, stands.

The entrance includes an audio guide in Spanish to tour your stays at your own pace.

The building began to rise in 1775, commissioned by Antonio Cabezas de Aranda and Guzmán, first Marquis of Montana, in the Hierarchy of San Sebastian, and the works ended in 1778.

Through the narration of the audioguide you will follow the trajectory of the property, which since 1855 became the residence of the Domecq, one of the most influential bodegueras of Jerez and the whole country, with a profound trace in the Spanish winemaking tradition.

During the visit you will have the opportunity to get to know the Column Court, the Council Chamber, the dining room and the library, in addition to emblematic spaces such as the Ballroom, the Fireplace Hall and the Marquis's office of Domecq.

The experience lasts approximately 45 minutes and concludes again at the main entrance of the palace.
