At 11 am, we'll meet at the Cartuja Hierro del Bocado Stud Farm, located 15 kilometers from the center of Jerez de la Frontera. The visit will focus on the breeding of Carthusian horses and the significance of this lineage.

The tour begins with a walk around the stud farm facilities, including the stable yard and training areas. During the walk, we will review the origins of the Carthusian horse, a history linked to the monks of the Carthusian Monastery of Santa María de la Defensión established in the 15th century.

Participants will learn about the physical characteristics and breeding process of these horses and will also have the opportunity to meet some of them.

The tour concludes with a horse show, showcasing the horses interacting with their trainers, providing an engaging end to the experience.

We will finish the tour with farewells between 1 pm and 1:30 pm.
