Bethlehem and Jericho Day Trip

This trip includes visits to significant Biblical locations in Bethlehem and Jericho. The journey begins with a pick-up from the Hotel David Citadel in Jerusalem, followed by travel to Jericho, recognized as the oldest city in the world.

During the journey, we cross the Judean desert and pass the Inn of the Good Samaritan. You'll see the sycamore tree associated with Zacchaeus and explore the town walls, recalling the Biblical account of Josué's march through Jericho.

Next, we proceed to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus. Here, visits include Manger Square, the Basilica of the Nativity, and the grotto identified as Jesus' birthplace. We will also ascend to Shepherd's Field, where the shepherds first honored Jesus' nativity.

Additionally, we will tour the church of Santa Catalina and its caves, where various tombs and sanctuaries are located. After completing the visits in Bethlehem and Jericho, we return to Jerusalem, concluding the tour with a drop-off at the Hotel David Citadel after approximately 10 hours.
