Day Trip Details

After hotel pickup in Jerusalem, we will depart for Jericho, the oldest city in the world, taking a panoramic tour of its historical centre. We will explore the rich history of this Biblical city, visiting key sites such as the Sycamore tree from the story of Zacchaeus and Elisha's Spring.

Next, we will visit the western part of the city to take the Jericho Cable Car, renowned for being the longest cable car below sea level. It will transport us to the Mount of Temptation, offering impressive views noted in the Bible.

Our excursion will continue to Qaser el Yahud on the Jordan River, believed to be the site where John baptized Jesus, now a popular location for visitor baptisms.

The final stop will be at the Dead Sea, where you can relax in the therapeutic water. The day trip concludes at the starting point in Jerusalem after approximately 10 hours.
