Let yourself be captivated by magical desert landscapes with this tour which visits the majestic Masada fortress. You will also have the opportunity to magically float on the surface of the Dead Sea!

Tour of Masada and the Dead Sea

After collecting you from your chosen meeting point at the indicated time, we'll head to the Israeli desert, passing through the Judean Hills and the Inn of the Good Samaritan.

Next, we'll visit the imposing Masada fort, which the Romans besieged. We'll ascend using the Masada cable car known as the Cableway.

At the summit, we'll learn about the history of the ancient inhabitants who committed suicide rather than surrender. We'll also visit the remains of the synagogue which the Roman troops attempted to destroy.

After a free lunch, in the afternoon, we'll relax by floating on the waters of the Dead Sea. You can read a book or magazine while gently drifting.

After this unique experience on the waters of the Dead Sea, we'll head back to the bus and begin our return journey to Jerusalem, concluding the excursion at about 6:30 pm.
