Tour of Masada & the Dead Sea

After picking you up at the David Citadel Hotel Jerusalem at the designated time, we'll head to the Israeli desert, passing through the Judean Hills and the Inn of the Good Samaritan.

Next, we will visit the imposing Masada fort, which the Romans besieged for many months. Access will be gained via the Masada cable car known as the Cableway.

At the summit, we'll learn about the history of the ancient inhabitants who chose death over surrender. We will also visit the remains of the synagogue that Roman troops attempted to destroy.

After a free lunch, in the afternoon, we will relax by floating on the waters of the Dead Sea, allowing time to read a book or magazine while drifting on the surface of this salty expanse.

After this unique experience on the waters of the Dead Sea, we will head back to the bus and begin our journey back to the meeting point in Jerusalem, concluding this 10-hour day trip.
