This tour promises an enchanting evening amidst the vast expanse of the Thar Desert. Participants will have the opportunity to witness both the sunset and sunrise over the sand dunes, experience the joy of camel riding, and explore the Osian temples—an experience that will remain etched in memory.

Description

At the scheduled time, you will be collected from your chosen location in Jodhpur and taken on a journey to Osian, a true oasis nestled within the Thar Desert.

This town features an array of Hindu temples that date back to the 8th century. During the visit, you will have the chance to explore the Sachiya Mata Temple, an impressive walled Jain structure, renowned for its intricate rooftop sculptures. Be sure to admire the statues dedicated to the Goddess Durga.

Your adventure will then lead you to a traditional village in the Thar Desert, where you’ll spend the night. After settling into your accommodations, you will experience a camel ride across the dunes, perfectly timed to enjoy the breathtaking sunset.

The camel trek is sure to awaken your appetite! Upon returning to camp, a scrumptious dinner under the night sky awaits before you prepare to rest for the night.

At dawn, you will rise to witness the beautiful sunrise over the Thar desert, a sight that will leave a lasting impression of the dunes’ vibrant colors!

Following a communal breakfast, you will journey back to Jodhpur, concluding the tour around midday.
