Options

When booking, you can choose between two different options. Both include pickup at your hotel, the airport, train or bus station in Jodhpur, an English-speaking guide, and a Marwari-style lunch.

Camel Ride (6 Hours)

After pickup, we'll head to Osian to visit the Sachiya Mata Temple, a Jaini building constructed in the 9th century by King Parmar Upendre. Once there, you'll explore it on your own and discover its details honoring the mother goddess Sachiya.

Afterward, we'll enjoy a Marwari-style meal at a local restaurant. Then, we will proceed to the Thar Desert, also known as the Great Indian Desert, where a camel ride through the dunes lasts two hours - a highlight of the day!

Camel Ride + Visit to a Bishnoi Village (10 Hours)

After pickup, we'll first visit a Bishnoi village to learn about the culture, religion, and lifestyle of the community, as well as see local wildlife such as black bucks, chinkara, blue bulls, desert foxes, hares, and partridges.

Afterward, we'll follow the previously described itinerary, visiting the Sachiya Mata Temple, enjoying a Marwari-style lunch, and taking a camel ride through the Thar Desert - a complete experience!
