Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Joinville to start this fun tour of the rural side of the city. We will begin by exploring Estrada Bonita, a 3.1-mile (5 kilometers) rural street established by German settlers in 1885. You will encounter traditional inns, typical restaurants, and scenic landscapes along the way.
The next stop will be Recanto Tia Marta farm, a picturesque spot with a creek and wooden bridge, perfect for photos. Following this, we'll visit Orquideario Reinheimer, where over 10,000 flower species are cultivated, highlighting Joinville's reputation as the "City of Flowers."
We will then proceed to Ango Kersten Farm to explore its Agricultural Museum, showcasing rural life, including the process of making artisanal marmalade and molasses. A tractor ride is available for those interested.
Next, we will visit Hemero Jardins como Arte park to admire a variety of flowers, plants, and a European-style chapel with stained-glass windows. An ecological hike in the Atlantic Forest will follow.
We will then stop at Rancho da Cana to enjoy local traditions and tastes, followed by a visit to Expoville, a shopping mall for souvenirs. The tour will conclude at the Pórtico de Joinville, a popular photo spot, before returning you to your hotel after 3 hours.
