Join us on a culinary tour through Istanbul to savor the best of Turkish cuisine in the city center.

Indulge in Traditional Turkish Cuisine

We will meet at Kadikoy Square at the scheduled time. Alongside our guide, we will visit cafés, restaurants, and street food stalls to enjoy a variety of Turkish delights.

During the stroll through the Kadikoy neighborhood, we will sip on Aryan, a yogurt drink, and sample pickle juice to contrast the sweetness. As we continue walking, we will taste a fish sandwich (known as balik ekmek) or dolmas and a lentil soup for vegetarians. We will also enjoy cig köfe, red meat with pomegranate sauce.

Next, we will try an islak burger, a Turkish style hamburger, and the last savory dish, kokorec, traditional lamb sandwiches. Additionally, we will sample vegetarian gözleme, a dough stuffed with spinach and feta cheese.

We will conclude the tour with a sweet treat, sambali, a dessert for those with a sweet tooth. After 2 hours, we will finish with satisfied appetites.
