Discover the canyon that separates Utah from Arizona on this hiking route through Buckskin Gulch. Choose the itinerary that suits you best!

Options

When booking, you'll choose between three options. All include pickup and return transfer to your hotel in Kanab, minibus transportation, and an English-speaking guide.

Wire Pass Route

This route is the easiest way to discover Buckskin Gulch. By taking the Wire Pass route, we will cross the narrow slot characteristic of this canyon, admiring the colors on the canyon walls as light shines through. Upon reaching the confluence of Wire Pass and Buckskin Gulch, we'll take a break for a bite to eat on your own, then continue walking through the canyon crossing different rocky areas. After four to five hours of hiking, we'll head back to your hotel. This option has a total duration of 7 hours.

Buckskin Gulch Route

This option is for those wanting to explore the must-sees of Buckskin Gulch. The tour includes visits to the wavy rocks, sand domes, the nearest area of North Coyote Buttes, and the petroglyphs visible in this area. The total time for this option is 7 hours.

Wire Pass + Buckskin Gulch Route

This is the most complete option! You'll go through both areas and see everything Buckskin Gulch has to offer. This option has a total duration of 10 hours.
