Hurulu Eco Park Safari

We'll leave from your hotel in Kandy at 11 am. Three hours later, we'll arrive at Hurulu Ecological Park, one of the most famous nature reserves in Sri Lanka. At the entrance, we'll get on a jeep and begin the photographic safari. As we drive, we'll discover the biodiversity of this area: turtles, leopards, amphibians, and various bird species including parrots, hawks, and peacocks.

After a break for a picnic, the highlight of the safari will be the Hurulu elephants sighting, where you will observe their significant size up close and learn about their customs and life.

The final stop will be at the Hurulu wewa reservoir, where numerous bird species pause to drink. Many of these birds travel hundreds of miles to this location.

The safari will conclude at the entrance where we will board a minibus back to Kandy, arriving at your hotel around 8:30 pm.
