Trip Details
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Kandy at 8:30 am. From there, we will take a one hour drive to our first destination of the day: iconic Ambuluwawa.
Once we arrive, we will explore this complex of monuments. Ambuluwawa is notable for its coexistence of a temple, a church, a Hindu shrine, and a mosque.
In addition to discovering the history of this site, we will climb to the top of the magnificent Ambuluwawa Tower. The views from the top will be memorable.
After this visit, you will have free time to eat in one of the traditional restaurants in the area (not included). This is the opportunity to sample the local cuisine.
Afterward, we will head to the village of Ramboda to discover its impressive waterfalls set among picturesque landscapes. Bring your camera.
Finally, we will return to your hotel in Kandy, arriving at 6:30 pm.
