On the first day of the course, we'll meet at the dive centre in Lombok. Alternatively, we can pick you up from your hotel. We'll explain the theoretical basics of scuba diving, including underwater movement and emergency procedures.

After the theoretical part, we'll head to the swimming pool for practical training. You'll learn to set up your equipment and perform basic exercises in a safe environment.

Following the introduction, you will engage in two dives per day in open water. This section focuses on safe diving procedures and problem resolution underwater, allowing you to explore Lombok's marine life.
