Day 1: Theory & Practice in Confined Waters
On the first day, we will meet at the dive centre in Lombok, or you can be picked up from your hotel. The theoretical basics of scuba diving will be explained, covering underwater movement, emergency stops, and safety practices.
After completing the theory, we will proceed to the swimming pool for practice. You will learn to set up your equipment and conduct basic exercises in a safe environment for as many repetitions as needed.
Days 2 and 3: Theory & Dives in Open Water
Once the introductory section is complete, you will participate in open water scuba diving.
Two dives per day will be conducted during this phase. You will learn to dive safely in open water and to manage various underwater problems. Additionally, you will experience the marine life off the coast of Lombok.
