Chitwan National Park 2-Day Trip

Day 1: Kathmandu - Chitwan National Park - Sauraha

On our first day, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Kathmandu at 6:30 am and hop on our bus to set off westbound for Chitwan National Park. Throughout the day, we'll tour this natural site along the Rapiti River searching for native wildlife including elephants, crocodiles, sloths, leopards, and pythons. After a drive of around 5 hours, we'll arrive in Sauraha, have lunch, and then you'll choose 1 of the 3 activities offered: a safari to see elephants, rhinos, and monkeys; a 4x4 tour; or a canoe ride plus a visit to the elephant care center. Then, we'll visit Sauraha village for a sunset experience along with dinner, dancing, and traditional music. Finally, we'll retire to the lodge for rest.

Day 2: Sauraha - Kathmandu

We'll get up early and have breakfast at the hotel. Then, we'll board the vehicles to head back to your hotel in Kathmandu, arriving at around 2 pm.
