Guided Tour of Kathmandu

This guided tour of Kathmandu covers the main attractions of the capital of Nepal. We will see the Monkey Temple, Durbar Square, and other landmarks.

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel to start the tour. Our first stop will be Ason Market, where we will explore stores run by the Newari community, as well as temples and shrines.

Next, we will visit Durbar Square to see more temples and observe the Kumari, the living goddesses of Nepal, who are considered reincarnations of the goddess Taleju.

The tour will continue with a stop at the Nine Floors Palace before crossing the suspension bridge over the Bishnumati River.

Then, we will ascend to Swyambhunath or the Monkey Temple, home to numerous monkeys, where we can enjoy views of the Himalayas and the Kathmandu Valley.

After visiting the temple, we will follow a path to the sacred area for cremation rituals along the river. Finally, we will conclude the tour at a central location.
