At 10 am we'll meet you at the appointed pickup spot in Kathmandu. If you have been feeling stressed and need a day of relaxation in the Nepalese capital, then you're in the right place.

We'll take care of your transport to the massage and sauna center where you'll enjoy a relaxing zen experience. You can go directly to the sauna area, which includes a steam room. Renew your energy and say goodbye to stress.

After this, you'll enjoy a one-hour massage. Your worries and tension will ease under the hands of skilled traditional massage therapists. You can choose the intensity of the massage to suit your needs.

Finally, take a shower to conclude this relaxing experience in Kathmandu. We'll pick you up and return you to your hotel or meeting point at 4 pm.

If you're staying in the Thamel area, we'll pick you up from your hotel at the agreed time. If your hotel is outside this area, we will meet you at the Ice and Fire Pizzeria restaurant.
