After picking you up from your hotel in Kathmandu at the selected time, we’ll drive for 30 minutes to Patan.

Upon arrival in Lalitpur, or "City of Beauty", we’ll start our guided walking tour of the historic centre. This is one of the oldest Buddhist cities in the world, rich in charms, secrets and legends.

We'll spend two and a half hours exploring Patan and its emblematic monuments, including the Royal Palace Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with around twenty historic buildings from the time of the Malla kings.

Discover Buddhist and Hindu temples, water conduits, intricately carved gates, and sculptures. A visit to the Golden Gate, the entrance to the Royal Palace, and the sculpture of Yogendra Malla is included. The guide will explain the significance of the cobra and the bird in the sculpture.

The tour concludes with drop off at your hotel in Kathmandu after three and a half hours of exploring the rich culture of Patan.
