After picking you up from your hotel in Kathmandu at the selected time, we'll drive 30 minutes to Patan.

Upon arrival in Lalitpur, or "City of Beauty", we'll start our guided walking tour of its historic centre, one of the oldest Buddhist cities in the world.

We'll spend two and a half hours exploring Patan and admiring its most emblematic monuments, including the famous Durbar, or Royal Palace Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with around twenty historic buildings that were used by the Malla kings during Patan’s time as an independent city-state.

The tour includes visits to Buddhist and Hindu temples, water conduits, intricately carved gates, and sculptures. We'll stop at the Golden Gate, the entrance to the Royal Palace, and visit the sculpture of Yogendra Malla.

The excursion will conclude with drop off at your hotel in Kathmandu after three and a half hours of discovering Patan's culture.
