On this rafting tour on the Arachthos River, we'll raft down one of the most beautiful riverbeds in Greece, through waterfalls and gorges.
Arachthos River Rafting Tour
At 10:30 am, we'll meet outside Ippostrouth restaurant, located 30 kilometers (19 miles) southeast of Ioannina. From there, we will head to Tzoumerka to start the rafting experience on the Arachthos River.
Starting from the Politsa Bridge, we'll navigate the Arachthos River, stopping by the Klifkis waterfalls for a bathing opportunity in its clear waters.
While paddling through the gorge of the Arachthos River, we will see notable sites including the Plaka Bridge, which is the largest single-arch bridge in Greece.
The rafting tour will last about four hours, concluding around 2:30 pm.
