Calling all adventurers! Whether you're experienced in the world of kayaking or not, you'll have a blast with this guided kayaking activity in Kaupanger, Norway.

Description

On the day of the activity, we'll meet at Amla Bay Beach, next to Amlsanden Fjordcamping, at the scheduled time. This adventure will begin at Amla Bay, where you'll find clear waters and a serene atmosphere. From this starting point, we'll paddle out onto the Sognefjord, one of Norway's most famous fjords. As we glide along the shore of Storehaugen, we'll be surrounded by rugged cliffs and lush greenery.

After paddling for approximately one hour, we'll take a break on the cliffs, where you can stretch your legs and enjoy refreshments and snacks. This location offers panoramic views of Bleia, an iconic mountain standing at 1717 metres (5633 ft.). Watch for seals and porpoises in the water.

Once we've enjoyed the views, we'll return towards Amla. The return trip will provide a different perspective of the village, highlighting its charming houses and welcoming locals.

After 2.5 hours together, we'll arrive back having experienced the best of Amla Bay and Sognefjord, from tranquil waters and scenic cliffs to majestic views and local wildlife.
