On this plane excursion to Clark Lake, we'll soar over landscapes and participate in a bear-watching activity. Observing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, we'll explore their behaviors and characteristics.

Description

We'll meet on Citabria Street, 15 kilometers from downtown Kenai, where a plane will take us to Clark Lake. As we fly over Cook Inlet, look for Alaskan volcanoes and the wilderness of the Clark Lake Reserve.

After about 30 minutes, we will arrive and begin a 3-kilometer hike through Lake Clark National Park to approach bear hotspots, respecting their space and habitat. Along the way, facts about bears will be shared, including their diet and species diversity.

A picnic lunch is included, featuring a tasty wrap, a cereal bar, and a piece of fruit to refuel before we return to the aircraft.

After an unforgettable six-hour experience, we will conclude the activity by landing back at our starting point.
