The tourist bus of Kiel is the most convenient and comfortable way to explore the city. On board the double-decker vehicle, you will discover the top attractions such as the Port, Reventlou Bridge, and the Old Botanical Garden. You can hop on and off at any of the 9 stops throughout the day, making it easy to explore the city at your own pace.

How it works

Once you have used the ticket for the first time, you can continue to use the bus service for a period of 24 hours. The total route, without disembarking at any of the stops, takes a total of 65 minutes.

If you print the ticket, you can activate it at any of the stops. If you bring it in electronic format, you must activate it at the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), which is the original point of departure on the tour.

When you book, you will be asked to select a start day, and you can start using the service within 3 months from the selected date.

Times and frequency

The tourist bus departs every 1 hour and 15 minutes and operates between 10:30 am and 5:15 pm.
