Discover the tropical flora and fauna around St.Vincent and the Grenadines with this Vermont Nature Trail Tour. You'll have the opportunity to admire bird species unique to the island.
Vermont Nature Trail Tour
The tour starts at the Kingstown cruise terminal at 9 am, where we'll board a bus to our destination. First, we'll take a scenic tour of the city to see its important monuments, including the Caribbean Supreme Court, Kingstown Market, and the Methodist Church.
Afterward, we'll stop at Campden Park and travel north to explore the Vermont Nature Trail, one of the most important natural parks in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Upon arrival, we'll begin a hiking route through the park, starting near the Buccament Valley. The trail will feature the rainforest landscape characteristic of the island, allowing us to see tropical flora and hear the songs of various birds.
A highlight of the walk will be the sightings of the St. Vincent Parrots, St. Vincent Amazon, or St. Vincent Warbler, three rare and protected species found on the island.
After two and a half hours of exploring the rainforest, we'll return by bus to Kingstown, concluding the tour at 1 pm.
