Torne River Canoe Tour

The Swedish summer offers an opportunity to experience the natural beauty of Kiruna through a canoe tour on the Torne River.

Kiruna Canoe Tour

Participants will meet at Torggatan Street in Kiruna's center at the scheduled time. A minibus will transport the group to the Torne River on the city outskirts.

The canoe tour on the Torne River will commence as participants board the canoes to paddle through the river's calm waters, surrounded by scenic views.

Each canoe can accommodate a maximum of two people, requiring coordination for effective paddling. Guides will be available to assist as needed.

The canoeing route will span between 5 and 10 kilometres (3.1 to 6.2 miles), contingent upon weather conditions. Participants will enjoy views of hills and lush vegetation while listening to birdsong, combining elements of tourism, sport, and relaxation.

After the tour, the group will return to the minibus for a ride back, concluding the experience at the starting point after approximately 4 hours.
