Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ella. We'll get into our private vehicle and begin a sightseeing tour to visit its main monuments and see its breathtaking surroundings.
Firstly, we'll head to Ella Forest Reserve for a relaxing walk through the lush greenery filled with exotic birds. As we follow the trail, we'll reach the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, known as the 'Bridge in the Sky', a feat of early 20th-century engineering.
Next, we'll visit Demodara Loop, considered one of the best places to visit in Ella. This railway stands out for its spiral loop section, and we'll stop to admire the incredible loop that passes over itself. At the Demodara Railway Loop lookout point, we can enjoy sweeping panoramas of the area.
After this, we'll have lunch at a local restaurant, featuring several Sri Lankan dishes.
With renewed energy, we'll head to the Newburgh Tea Factory and Demodara Tea Estate to learn about the history of tea in Sri Lanka and its world-famous production.
After this final stop, we will take you back to your accommodation, completing the experience in 7 hours.
