Excursion to SnowVillage

Our adventure begins at the designated meeting point on Leviraitti street in Kittilä. From there, we will journey towards SnowVillage, the ultimate destination to experience the wonders of snow and ice.

Upon our arrival, we'll step inside this unique igloo and explore its various rooms, each showcasing intricate ice sculptures ranging from wildlife to human figures. The lifelike quality of these artworks will truly astonish you!

In addition to wandering through the igloo, we will delve into the craftsmanship behind its construction and discuss the rich history of this region in Lapland. It’s fascinating to learn that the igloo is reconstructed almost annually! To top off our visit, we'll savor a refreshing juice at the ice bar.

As our experience comes to a close, we will depart from SnowVillage and head back to Kittilä, concluding our 3-hour adventure.
