Kuala Selangor Day Trip

We will pick you up from your hotel in Kuala Lumpur and head to Kuala Selangor, about an hour away from the capital. Our first stop will be Bukit Melawati hill, where you can see the remains of an 18th-century fort and its original cannons, offering views of the Western coast of the Malay peninsula.

Next, we will enjoy a typical dinner in a local restaurant.

The tour continues to Kampung Kuantan, known for its large populations of fireflies, making it one of the most famous colonies of these insects in the world. We'll take a boat trip on the Selangor River to witness the illuminating fireflies along the riverbanks.

After the cruise, we will return to Kuala Lumpur, concluding the trip approximately 8 hours after departure.

This tour includes pickup from hotels located within half a kilometer from the center of Kuala Lumpur. If your accommodation is further away, you will need to reach the meeting point on your own.
