Kuala Selangor Day Trip

We will pick you up from your hotel in Kuala Lumpur and head to Kuala Selangor, located an hour from the capital.

Our first stop will be Bukit Melawati hill, which features the remains of an 18th-century fort with original cannons, offering views of the Western coast of the Malay peninsula.

Next, we will enjoy a typical dinner in a local restaurant before continuing to Kampung Kuantan, renowned for its firefly populations, making it one of the largest colonies in the world.

A boat trip around the Selangor River will follow, where we will witness the fireflies illuminating the riverbanks.

After the cruise, we will return to Kuala Lumpur, completing the tour approximately 8 hours after departure.

This tour includes pickup from hotels located within half a kilometer from the center of Kuala Lumpur. If your accommodation is farther away, you will need to reach the designated meeting point on your own.
